Breaking Testimony: ‘Voters Were Directed to Machines and Their Printed Ballots Did Not Scan’

Realtor Pamela Reardon, who works on campaigns and is involved in the Georgia Republican Party, said that voters were directed to machines in many instances and their printed ballots didn’t get scanned—they went to a “secret box” instead.

In her testimony, Reardon said she helped answer the Georgia Republican Party fraud line over three weeks, and documented thousands of calls from voters who were allegedly deprived of the right to vote.

She said there was a possible link between the “secret box” allegedly containing unscanned printed ballots and the disenfranchised voters.

“I don’t know what happened to those ballots in that box and if they were ever scanned, so maybe those voters were disenfranchised because they didn’t vote, because I’ve got many, many calls from people all over the state that were so worried once this all broke,” Reardon said.

Voters from all over Georgia called her and said their vote wasn’t counted after checking the MyVoter page, but Reardon then clarified why they couldn’t see whether the vote counted.

“They went and looked on MyVoter page, and their vote didn’t count because they voted early ballots, or else in person,” she said. “And they can find that out on the MyVoter page. Unfortunately, if they go to the voter page, they cannot find out if their vote counted if they voted on Election Day. That has to be a different process that people don’t understand.”

She also spoke to people from outside of Georgia who told her they were being harassed by Black Votes Matter to get their absentee ballots.

“A lot of these people were not registered in our state,” Reardon said. “But had lived in our state and maybe had lived in South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, for 10 years, 5 years, 6 years, they were still getting texts to get their absentee ballots. So somewhere, there’s information out there that has to be cleaned up.”
